I had a really good experience here. The people I talked to, instead of spending a lot of time talking about possibilities, were pretty eager to get to the root of the problem I had asked about. I also took a look at their shelves and they were pretty well-stocked for a small storefront, plus I was assured that most things they didn't have could be special ordered and arrive within a couple of days. They also specialize in academic software, which is great for me. These guys seem more concerned about getting me what would be best for my needs, rather than trying to rack up upsells.
