Nice quieter area for the central SF Valley. Off the main streets & gated. As far as living quality, each apartments seems a little different but ours has nice new flooring and freshly painted over cabinets and walls so it feels clean and fresh! It truly is home-like. The utilities except electric are paid which is great for the all-gas apt! The swimming pool and hot-tub are a welcome relief in all seasons and the landscaping is kept up quite nicely! One parking space per bedroom so if you have two cars, one needs to go on the street, which is the only real hardship here. Parking is incredibly hard.. sometimes have to park a few blocks away and walk. But, its Los Angeles.

This place truly stands out from others in the area and management is friendly, accommodating, and all around helpful!
