Take it to Jerry at Enterprise Toyota! Been taking my cars (plural) to Jerry for over 20 years! What I admire about his approach to service is that he will not do unnecessary service to your car just to make a buck. He is straightforward in describing what has to be done to fix your car and reasonable in his price to do it.

I can't believe that anybody would be dissatisfied with his service! Jerry will get you back on the road in a minimum amount of time and a minimum amount of fuss.

Take the aggravation out of your next service by asking Jerry to do it for you!!!

I'm really very surprised to see so many positive reviews for Jerry and his auto shop. Hopefully my experience will shed a more realistic light on the quality of Jerry's service.



Synopsis of my experience:



- I dropped off my car because it was leaking oil from its differential



- I pick it up and it's now making a grinding noise from the rear of the car



- I bring it back to Jerry and ask him to take a look at the noise



- He takes a whole day before getting back to me and says "I took it for a drive, I heard the noise, I don't know what it's related to, it appears the 'pumpkin' in your differential is damaged" -- already trying to distance himself he asserts that it's merely coincidental the noise started after his repairs. He says he will call me the next day with a quote.



- 24 hours later Jerry calls and says that he "has no idea why it's making the noise," distancing himself even further from his repair.



- I pick up the car only to find that Jerry has put 140 miles on it!!! 140 MILES!!!!



...



Is 140 miles a typical test drive? Is a mechanic that says "I don't know why your car is making that noise" a good mechanic- especially considering that the noise started ONLY AFTER his repair?



I really wonder how he has so many positive reviews.



For your information, I have a 1997 Toyota 4Runner. It was in great condition before Jerry touched it.



Please beware of Jerry and Enterprise Import Service. If you really care about your car and want quality service, please don't take it to Jerry.



I have been scammed and really repent respecting Yelp reviews as a sole criteria in selecting a mechanic. I made a mistake and I sincerely hope that my mistake protects other consumers from choosing Enterprise Import Service.
