Great Mall to hang out and take the kids too! Love going here and just hanging out for the day!

I'm one that loves to shop Macy's this store has everything for me and the kids my work place is just a few blocks from this Macy's so after work I go in trying to return a dress I picked up a while back I lost my receipt but my return stickers are also proof of purchase so store credit should be issued with some price adjustment this is Macy's store policy Not at this store the manager Tia was so rude telling the other employees not to do my return because she can't find it in the history and she couldn't explain to us what history she was talking about then she said if you do her return I will get fired so Tia don't stick to store policy and I feel discriminated against
