Everything and everyone involved was great 👍. Even the follow up surprised me.

be aware if you are a married couple and your spouse had health care coverage and your surgery was elective and you were told to bring a thousand dollars because that was the difference between what there charges were and what the insurance would pay. you come in the day of your surgery your husband takes you there, then 5 mos later your husband gets a collection put on his credit bureau . he did not sign any paper work was never sent a bill. so he calls the surgery center to be told they can not discuss the with him because he was not on the bill. so he attempts to pay the bill and is notified his credit card was denied he calls back to see if they made a mistake while trying to get an approval. instead billing person hangs UP on you 5 MINS LATER HE CALLED THE COLLECTION CO, AND LOW AND BEHOLD THEY WERE ABLE TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT WITH THE SAME CARD.
