There a really Good Trash Company experience has been Great have been with the Company a little over 20 years

Went from cheapest to most expensive overnight (Bait & switch). Said there was a rate increase 10/1/2019, but would not elaborate, even when called. Turns out 3 month billing cycle turned into 2 month billing cycle with same amount due (33% increase). Bye, Bye Howard!!!

They are contracted with my employment. If they drop bags or if one blew out/fell out, they LEAVE THEM THERE. They've even put the dumpster down on top of a bag that fell so it could NOT be picked up. Pure vindictive.

We were charged outrageous prices and they were unwilling to compromise or negotiate with long-term loyal customers .

Thank you howard disposal! Your prices are competitive and you always are on schedule. But today you went the extra mile and came and got my trash when I forgot to put it out today! Thank you soon much For going the extra mile today.
