I attempted to use a "Groupon" here for a premium synthetic oil change here, and after all of the "taxes & fees" were added on during the conclusion of this purchase, I ended up paying MORE for the purchase, than if I had not used anything.

SLOPPY WORK

I visisted the location closest to me, drove home/parked car and left to vacation. Upon returning, opened hood to check fluids before attempting to drive, but to my surprise I find the Oil Filter was NOT changed during service at jiffy lube! 4 guys in the shop - to many on one auto !! A female can notice these things!! My friends took photos and laughed. The Invoice states - DONE. I'm NOT Happy!!! I could have done the work better myself and saved some cash!! I'm contacting your office before the local one.
