Absolutely the worst medical care I've ever been exposed to. Not only was I not given treatment for serious medical conditions (COPD n IBS ... inability to breath n debilitating stomache pain). I was sent away with no help and no recommendations beyond "try somebody else". I followed all Sol Vista ' s protocol ( making an appointment, bring all medical records, being clear about the specific treatment I was requesting). Ultimately I was told by nursing staff and patient advocacy in the organization that their physician, Dr Arnold, would not treat me and he didn't have to give a reason. Dr Arnold saw me for a few moments only n walked out of the room and left me with support staff. He did this 3 times without explanation. He left me with staff who couldn't speak for his reasons for refusing service and wouldn't give me a copy of the organizations complaint policy that regarded what was occurring to me. I was not given phone or e-mail information to be able to contact administrators to complain and seek help. I had the insurance they told me they took. I gave them my complete medical history from my doctor of 10 years, from out of state. I asked repeatedly that I be given medical assistance for my presenting problems so I could breath better until I could figure out what to do. I was refused any assistance beyond a form to file a complaint. The staff was courteous and professional but would not help me. Dr. Arnold wouldn't talk to me about my condition or offer referral to other providers. The staff told me he couldn't provide referrals if he didn't see me as a patient. He said he would not see me as a patient. I am an educated nurse and MSW social worker. I spent 40 years working with children and families. I was treated with horrible disregard and refused service (discriminated against) for no stated reason by Dr Arnold and policies of Sol Vista. I went across the street to Centura Urgent care and all my heath needs we're addressed. The bias was Sol Vista/Dr Arnold
