I called and asked if he could get my car in to switch out door. Sure, not busy, can do. I arrange a ride, drop car off and never hear back. Over the next several days, I left several voice messages and sent texts as instructed via the voicemail message. Never hear anything. Then I get a ride back to pick up my car. Guy is there working on another car. I ask if he could move this vehicle blocking my way to get my car out. He says yes but doesn�t do anything. While I wait to get out, a lady realizes her car is blocking my way and offers to move it. How useless was this place? Totally worthless!! Big waste of my time and effort. Why didn�t you just say no, I won�t do it and save me the f/@@& time and energy rather than ignore me and be unresponsive? Suspect if I was a man, he�d at least have acknowledged my existence. I should have heeded the one star ratings I saw but I thought I�d give him a chance. Definitively regret that decision. Go here if you want super shit treatment.

Tezak Auto Body cashed a check from State Farm for the FULL amount of repairs on my Ford Escape on April 16th of 2019. He refused to do the repairs he was paid to do. I had to take Tezak to court on November 20th, 2019. He showed up claiming he had repaired my vehicle in July, notified me, and I refused to pick it up. He asked for a counterclaim of 7500 dollars. Over 3 thousand of that was for storage fees. I have no idea what the rest was for. I showed photos that proved my vehicle wasn't repaired as of August 29th, it was blocked in, tires were flat, and it still was NOT fixed. This clearly showed he LIED in court. Tezak also said he never let the air out of my tires. However, the pictures proved he did as well as the email he had sent on August 29th where he confirms he did just that. Yet another LIE he made in court. He changed his statement of our vehicle being repaired in July since we had proof that wasn't true. He said that he repaired the vehicle in October and wanted half the storage fees. I had a witness who drove by a couple of weeks prior to the settlement hearing who said he noticed it sitting there at that time and it still wasn't repaired. He was willing to testify in court. Tezak issued threats and in the end, no settlement was made. I served Tezak with all of my evidence and when the court date came for the actual trial, Mr. Tezak did not show up. Not a surprise, since the man had no proof to back up his story, not even a signed agreement for storage fees. We won by default and Tezak's counterclaim was denied. I went over to pick up our vehicle with two civil standby's but Tezak still would not release the vehicle, the brand-new battery we had put in it before dropping it off with him was completely dead and it was still blocked in. Tezak claimed we owed him storage fees even though he did not follow the Colorado Motor Vehicle Repair Act, and lost the court case, therefore, lost his counterclaim for storage fees. Now, we're are having to get a Replevin to give the Sheriff's Department the authority to forcibly remove my vehicle from his property. The process serving had tried to serve Tezak on 8 separate occasions morning, noon, and evening time. Odd that his business hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm yet he was NEVER available during those times on any day the process serving stopped by. I find that difficult to believe. I had to ask for a continuance in order to get the man served. So far, he has had my car for over nine months. It has now been a year since the girl hit my vehicle in the store parking lot while I was shopping. It should NEVER take this long or this much effort just to get a vehicle repaired and back to you. I do not recommend going to Tezak AutoBody. This is clearly the sign of a dishonest businessman. If I could give him zero stars, I would.
