I was involved in an accident on I-85 while traveling from Alabama to North Carolina. I was by myself, and pretty rattled by the whole incident. Thankfully, Adam (Norris Towing) helped me through the whole process with a lot of kindness and friendliness. He took me to a car rental agency and stayed there while I attempted to rent a car. His proficiency in his business was impressive, but it is his helpfulness to a total stranger that justifies the highest rating that I can give.

I was on my way to walmart when my car broke down,called Norris, he was there in what seemed like five mins.hooked me up and had me back to house in no time.

So grateful for Glenn and his willingness to go above and beyond. He towed our car from the Rest Stop, took us to the parts place , then to a hotel parking lot where he changed our starter to get us back on the road home. Would recommend this man and his son to anyone . Thanks again!!

So grateful to these guys. I was stranded of I-85 in the dark for an hour and a half. GA 511 & 911 did not help me. Reliable prompt reasonable service. Highly recommended.

What I liked about Norris towing and recovery.EVERYTHING! Literally. I've used others in the surrounding county's and they have all took advantage of me. They are only worried abt a dollar.. Norris meets your needs and treats ya right while he's at it..ha my car was in a ridiculous hole! NEVER seen anything like it, it was bad!My friend , Johan , insisted Norris since he was with me during the incident. Norris done the incredible! Seriously, I didn't know tow trucks could do what they did in ten mins. Awesome service! Scale of 1 to 10 there a 20. With 10 being the best... They're amazing at what they do. Thanks again

My Son were headed back to College to Sandy Springs Ga, His Ford broke near Carnesville exit 166. I was in SC didn't know anyone & Didn't know what to do. Search the internet found Norris Towing. They were helpful. Came out towed my son's car & referred us to the right shop. Thanks...Norris Towing for your prompt service!!!!

Our son's SUV broke down on I 85 North near Lavonia on Saturday evening, the day before Easter. We found Norris Towing on the internet and they came out immediately and towed the SUV, repaired it and my son was able to get back to Atlanta as planned. Glenn was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help.

my front wheel came off the hub so i called em and it only took about half an hour to have me loaded and on the road again. It was highly appreciated. will use them again if needed.
