I would NEVERr ecommend the services of Barbour Realty/Barbour Construction. Mr. Barbour was our real estate agent at the time of purchase of our current home. After a home inspection on the home we planned to purchase it was discovered that the roof was in total disrepair. Mr Barbour solicited us to use his construction company and used his advantage as our agent to under bid the competition and secure the work that was contingent in the sale purchase of our current home. Thinking that we could trust Mr. Barbour We also had him install siding, gutters and windows. It has been nothing but a nightmare since we contracted him for the work. It took more than 6 weeks to complete a 7 day project. Within 2 months the siding was pulling away from the house and has been continuing to fall off. He also never sealed the gutters and downsouts and the water runs down my house. Mr. Barbour has had almost 2 years to rectify the situation in which time he has avoided our repeated phone calls, texts, and emails. In my opinion Mr. Babour's business practices are unprofessional, unethical and immoral.

Purchased a home from Barbour Realty three years ago which included a 1 year home warranty. Due to shoddy workmanship and generally not knowing what they were doing during construction, several rooms in the house sustained damage. Gary Barbour (owner/contractor) still hasn't rectified any of the damage his company caused and has breached our home warranty contract. Rude, disrespectful, dishonest, liar, and crap work. Steer clear of anything with his or his company's name on it.
