Was there with a large group and the waiter/waitress did not know how to handle waiting tables, orders didnt come out together, disappointed that 2 hours later the last hamburger order was set on the table, Terrible experience, will NOT be BACK...

My family and I have been going to Big Jim's for years now and we got to pick where we would go for our wedding day dinner, I picked Big Jim's because of the good food and pleasant service......WELL, let me say that we were VERY disappointed. It took 2 hours for everyone's food to come out.....and it didn't all come out at once, maybe in 10-20 minute increments, and half the time it wasn't even the right food! Some of the time we had to get up and find condiments, get our drinks and silverware because the staff decided to hang out on the deck on the bar side, drinking, smoking and making wise cracks about my husband, myself and our families because we were there celebrating our wedding..... REALLY?!?!? Yes, I had my wedding dress on, because it was OUR special day, and celebrating with our families is what we wanted to do. And the wait....er....wait...ress.....wait...um.....yeah whatever the hell it was was NOT pleasant at all, looked like he/she/um....fell off the wagon with it's green/white/silver/blue/ spiky mess of a hair style, tank top/skinny jeans WITH the zipper down, fingernails that looked like freddy kreuger nails, painted like he was coming back from a rave, had more eyeliner on than I did, trying to fondle my HUSBAND!!!!! C'mon now, it's supposed to be a FAMILY spot, friendly and a place for good laughs.....well we got the good laughs, got the WORST service EVER, I didn't even eat my food because I was so disappointed. I'm sorry, but I will NEVER come back to Big Jim's again!
