We have been at LLL for 3 or 4 months now and have very little complaints about it. I’ve been told by one person that staff is rude, but we’ve never had an issue with *most of them*. There have been a couple instances with one of the girls where I thought maybe she could’ve been more engaged (doesn’t really talk to parents and is playing on her phone a lot when she’s there), but everyone else is super sweet and engaged with the kids. Breakfast, lunch (from Suzy B’s!) and two snacks are provided daily, and they worked with us on pricing to accommodate when we were going through some rough times. I guess we’ll see what happens this winter (in reference to the 1-star review) but I guess that just means I need to line up a plan B babysitter just in case.

This is not the day care to go to if you take your job seriously, They close for the most minute snow conditions or if its zero degrees out which is not a valid reason and they give very little notice that it is happening, If you go here, expect to worry every morning in the winter that youre going to have to call off work. There are at least 3 times where they delayed the start to 9am for no other reason than cold or some snow and decided to just close out of laziness at 8:50 leaving you ten minutes to call your boss to call off and hope not to get reamed out. They have also had me come get her because she's sick, been wrong, and showed no concern for the money being lost over this. My fiance and I have lost more money going to this day care than if one of us just decided to be a stay at home parent. The whole day care system is a racket and this place will remind you of that more than ever.
