I spoke with Todd Marley and told him I wanted to purchase silver for a specific $ amount. The spot price the day I called was in a certain vicinity. He told me he'd call me when he had the silver in hand. A week later he calls and tells me that he wants an amount of $7 over the spot price of the day I ordered the silver. I ask him about that and he claims he didn't place the order for several days and the spot price had risen considerably and he wanted approx. $3.50 over purchase for a per coin fee. We negotiated to $4.00 over spot at the time of order and when I went to pick it up he was a 1/2 hour late and quite rude about it. I did not complete the transaction. I went to another dealer and received an additional 30 coins for the same amount of money as Marley Financial was to receive. I wouldn't let my worst enemy do business with this opportunist.
