I have never had anyone speak to me so rudely as did the "owner" of this restaurant. She said they no longer delivered to our home. I explained we had ordered from there for 8 months, always an order over $50, at least three times a month, and always tipped the drivers well. She proceeded to be VERY rude and I let her know this was terrible customer service. Her response? "I am the owner and have a 67% increase in profits. I really don't care what you think." and Hung up. Wow. So much for customer service. You are correct in that I am only one customer that you care nothing about. But as soon as that 67% realize you don't care about them either and only your profit margin, that will be an eye opener. People should be respected. Customers who choose you over hundreds of other pizza places should be respected. You have no respect. There's only so many customers in your area, and even less you can treat so badly more than once.
