We really enjoyed the vehicle that we rented and the customer service. I use Enterprise Car Rental all the time and I have yet to have a bad experience with them.

Slow, dis-organized and did not even acknowledge my presence in their office for the 40 minutes that I waited to pick up a car I had reserved online. I will drive further to a different rental provider just to avoid the extreme wait times.

It was my wedding day and I needed a car. I'd reserved a van a month prior to the wedding and I went in to pick it up. Unbeknownst to me I needed to provide a gas bill, social security card, and a blood sample along with my visa card. What? The concierge or whatever was a complete jerk. "So we're closing in ten minutes," he says. Gee, thanks. Be careful of this guy. He looks like the dude from the Blue Lagoon. Except not as fit, and a lot more gay. Fortunately for us a friend had a ride we can borrow and the wedding was lovely. If you need to rent a car from this location, be aware they will flip the script on you, and you won't be able to rent anything. Maybe they just don't like heterosexuals there...I'm not sure.
