Avoid!

Don't bother going if within half-hour of closing - there are always "too many patients" to sign you in after 5 p.m.... even if "too many" is only one. A better choice is Northside Urgent Care just down the street. Better staffed, nicer, bigger, open much later and same SHBP copay.
