Price may be competitive if that's you're driver, but is easily among the worst providers (personally and professionally) I've done business with in terms of reliability and from a service perspective. It's a shame that this company lacks broader visibility of feedback, reviews, etc. across the various customer research outlets. Sure they were quick to accept our request for install, but thereafter not one incident worthy of punctuality or praise. In the spirit of brevity, we had to prompt the request for our final invoice (+3 months after job). Requested a service call to review significant bending of our fence (+1 month after request). After review the representative acknowledged the situation and offered some options; however no follow through. Our neighbors used this company too (via our premature referral) and had their fence recently completed (despite several hiccups and a formal complaint later being filed). As for us, it has now been +7 months weathered by a series of unreturned emails, phone calls and text messages to date (details of each interaction is documented) - case in point. Each of us was empathetic upon receiving late notes about limiting matters like illness and labor constraints and conditions - all of which were reasons for being unable to meet service commitments. Regardless, there are many misfortunes to note here and the biggest being that two neighboring families have been saddled with unnecessary frustration. In a world where we try to have respect and pride for local businesses, I'd caution others to really consider the reputation (or lack of) before selecting any service company. This small family business apparently has very little pride for its name on the side of our fenced yard, evident by the lack of concern for sustaining relations with a referring, paid-in-full customer. Yes, I know we are as much at fault in thinking there could mutual compromise in the end.
