At Ridge Manor Personal Care Home our mission is to provide the finest quality care individualized for each of our residents by providing the appropriate level of support. At Ridge Manor Personal Care Home we strive to meet each of our residents uniques physical, mental and emotional needs .We are committed to providing an environment that promotes individuality and offer choices in care and lifestyle. We provide care in a home-like environment to a small group of 6 residents and that allows us to individualize their care. Our CPR trained staff provide 24/7 supervision and assist with activities of daily living. We also have a Registered Nurse available 24/7 for any needs/questions/concerns. Our residents are engaged daily and participate in activities for recreation/socialize. At Ridge Manor we foster and support independence for each resident, interact with everyone in a dignified and respectful way and involve family in care decisions.
