I'm currently living in a home built by Sequoyah Homes Inc. And let me say anything that can go wrong in this house, has... we have the stupidest of problems... for instance. When the a/c coil was installed... it wasn't installed with a drain pan! So they put a steel panel down underneath it... with two towels there! Which eventually built up mold. This made us constantly sick and we couldn't ever figure out what was going on. Finally we figured out what the problem was because water spots appeared on the downstairs ceiling!

Along with this... our deck is extremely unsafe, along with every house on our street. The rail feels like it will just fall off. The linoleum kitchen flooring looks like it was layed by a 3 year old. The circuit breakers for the kitchen and bathroom go bad once every couple of months due to the horrible wiring. The wiring also causes lights to short out and make interesting noises and explode on occasion!



I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who wants an appealing/safe/sturdy home! You'd be better off if you just hired a bulldozer to knock the house down, and save yourself some trouble. Or hire an experienced company to do your work.
