The business owner is not willing to work with the client at all. I had a first time clean and had serious issues- two toilets with stains in the inside bowl(which can out when I used the toilet brush), entire room and stair set completely missed with vacuuming, and a kitchen floor that looked like it had not been swept or mopped- I got an large pile of dirt off the floor when I got home. I immediately called Debbie when I came home and told her of these issues and sent her pictures. This was at 6:00 on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I told her I had already fixed the issues and sent her pictures. She didn’t return my call until Tuesday. When I called her back on Wednesday she wasn’t willing to help or offer any solutions. She told me it was my fault for correcting the issues and not letting them come back (as if they would come back at 6pm the Friday of memorial weekend), she wouldn’t offer any kind of price cut on the next cleaning and told me she was giving me too much of a price cut anyway. She also told me that the next house they did had no complaints. She was rude to the max and not willing at all to offer any solutions even with pictures of the bad job. She told me I just had issues with the price. I told her I wouldn’t have issues with the price if I had gotten the service I was told I was getting.
