Upon first sight, Billy's Tap seems like a quaint, friendly bar. Being new to the area, and looking for a nice place to unwind on occasion I decided to try Billy's. It wasn't long before I realized how unprofessional this establishment is being run. Bars are typically riddled with some drama, that is the nature of the business. But for someone unattached to the surroundings I found it very distasteful, immature and rude. The bartenders find it the norm to have conversations observable to all within earshot, about patrons of the place. While said same patrons are giving their business to the establishment. I have seen customers blatantly snubbed and disrespected. The biggest offender seems to be the owner of the bar. Her personal opinions and judgments about others should be kept outside her business. At most, this little lady needs to grow up. Business is business and should be kept professional. No one cares to listen to gossip about others, while all the time wondering what is being said about them once they leave.
