This is the worst run company I have ever done business with. Took three phone calls telling employees a time mower would be able to be picked up. Pick up guy finally showed 45 minutes after time to pick up. Manager has no customer service skills and now it is the the fourth day after I was told mower was finished and every time they set a time to deliver it I get a phone call telling me some story as to why they can not deliver it yet again. Swisher needs to screen their certified shops a lot better than this.
