Provided by YP.comI ordered a part for my Lexus Via Ebay, when the part arrived I immediately notice it was damaged and sent a message to the business asking how i could obtain a replacement. Afterwards I began the task of filing a return case via Ebay due to the damaged part per Ebay instructions. The next day I received a message form apszone informing me they would have been happy to send a replacement, unfortunately cannot because I had filled out the return case (due to damage). I never asked or wanted a refund, only a replacement. I only wanted to send the damaged part back and receive what i had paid for. apszone didn't want my business, so I'm making other arrangements. This is an example of an easy and simple resolution made difficult by poor customer service at apszone.

Provided by YP.comPart arrived on time for the half of the $$$ the dealership offered. I am planning to comeback for more parts for my wife's 2004 Toyota Camry.
