Provided by YP.comLast summer our 3-year-old cat's health suddenly failed. When we took the cat to this veterinarian, he was dying. After administering three servings of antibiotics, the doctor said there was nothing else he could do. The only two options he had were a 2000-dollar MRI to help him diagnose the disease or to put our cat to sleep. We rushed our cat to a different veterinarian, who administered a 24-days course of antibiotics that saved the cat's life.
Because the treatment wasn't timely administered by the first doctor,
six months later our cat hasn't completely recovered from a partial paralysis. There have also been multiple negative behavioral changes.
The bottom line is that this doctor almost killed our cat. It didn't even surprise us when we heard from Michael's office a few weeks later with a question whether they should remove our supposedly deceased cat from their registry.

Provided by YP.comI have been with this veterinary clinic for 25 years now. I first came with a cat that the emergency clinic said was dying. I don't know how, but Dr. Petty pulled him through and he lived for many more years. Twice more he pulled my cats through when they looked like goners. Besides the emergency situations, I take my animals to the clinic for routine care and checkups/. I have always found Dr. Petty, his technicians and his front office to be kind, courteous, professional and know what they are doing. Kim T.

Provided by YP.comThis doctor also almost killed our cat as well.....poor thing was having trouble urinating – he did surgery ($900) and said he removed the blockage, but told me then that he didn’t think the cat would make it, and seemed unwilling to do anything more because he didn’t know what else the problem could be. It was a Saturday so he recommended taking the cat to emergency care, to the tune of $2000 more but within 15 minutes of him being there, they saw there was another blockage that this guy had missed. We had to take the cat BACK to this doctor on Monday because the emergency place doing surgery would be another $2000, so we let him do it, of course charging us ANOTHER $900+, but the cat was and has been fine for almost 3 years since, not dying as this bad vet said….so he ended up costing us about $4000 for something he should have seen and fixed in the first surgery – the emergency place could not figure out how he could have missed it. If you care for your pets, DO NOT take them here.
