12-24-19 9:30PM purchased 1lg ice coffees & 2 lg black coffees at the drive thru. One of the hot coffees didn't have the lid pressed down and spilled on my hand. Obviously I had to drop the coffee when the scalding liquid burned me. My hand hurt for two days afterwards. The clerk didn't apologize and was quite rude. That clerk is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Go elsewhere.

Milkshakes are never thick and donuts are always stale. Save your money and go someplace else. Poor customer service.

Not very good

This store cannot make a latte if someone was holding a gun to their head. I have had 3 awful vanilla lattes in my life and all 3 came from this store. Also, they keep the sugar and straws on top of a garbage can right in front of the door to enter & leave. Gross! Seriously? Also, the store is not clean. They have a lot of work to do if they want to make this store better. I don't recommend.
