I wont fault them for getting the truck unstuck on an icy surface.
but never has a tow bill reached over a $1000. had trucks in worse situations that didn't cost this much. It wound have been cheaper to have any other service do it, which we will next time.

Worst bunch of crooks ever! On July 3rd, my car wouldn't start. I called AAA, but all their regular contractors were unavailable, so they referred me to Greater Towing. Greater Towing called me and said they'd come out. 20 minutes later, the car started and I cancelled the tow. According to AAA tracking, they were still 35 minutes away. Richard, the owner of Greater Towing, called me and said he was going to charge my credit card the full amount, and said 'If you don't like it, take me to court f__cker". I have since filed my claim in court, as well as had my credit card reissued. Richard continues to call me and threaten and curse, and AAA has placed Greater Towing on their "Do not use" list. A crass, abrasive owner and business practices that would make a pirate blush!! I only gave one star because it was the minimum rating. it should be zero or negative stars!
