So let me start by saying I am in the restaurant industry and have been for 15 years so I am a very understanding person when I got out to eat. I went to Hayden's for the first time tonight in need of some good food. We ordered the boneless wings and the jalapeno dip. Both were good. The Jalapeno dip I was told was a 6 on a scale of 1-10...more like a 2. Entrees ordered were Porkchops with a baked potato and mac and cheese, the the tenderloin 3 ways (surf and turf) with shrimp, crab, and a scallop on each with vegitable medley, and the redskin mash potatos. The pork chops were good, along with the baked potato. The mac and cheese left a little to be desired. I ordered my tenderlons medium. The first time they came to the table they were WELL done. The mash potatos were so full of cheese that was all that I could taste. The vegitables were loaded with butter which my server omitted when asked what all was in the vegitables. I asked for the tenderloin to be recooked to medium, and they came out rare. By that time my husband was finished eating. Although the manager was very apologetic, this was my first and last time to this establishment.
