Integrated Process Developers, Inc.'s ( IPDI ) mission is to improve corporate profits and the quality of life of its employees by assisting companies in developing integrated processes and utilizing project management to define, develop and launch product development efforts on budget, on time and at the quality requirements. providing innovative professional services that are tailored to our clients' needs by developing and integrating best-in-class techniques, training, tools and technology. treating our clients with integrity, operate our business with accountability, and price our services competitively in a manner that supports long-term partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, and associated companies. developing mutually beneficial alliances with other companies that will assist us in fulfilling our mission and vision IPDI was founded by Douglas B. Boebinger, PMP. in 1997 to provide consulting services in areas not focused on by other companies. True, other companies do provide process development and project management services ; however, these are not their main emphasis. This is all we do - assisting companies in improving their operations and managing their projects by training them to control their own destinies. OUR SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITY Whereas our focus is on improving companies through better developed processes and more effective management of projects, we are also focused on how we can improve our communities. A portion of IPDI sales, a minimum of 10% of post expense income, is donated to charities. IPDI's client list is continuously growing.
