This is an outstanding jewelry store!! I wouldn’t consider going to another for purchases or repairs. I had some antique settings that I inherited which needed repairs & they did incredible work on them! After another jeweler had said my grandmothers engagement ring couldn’t be fixed (& I would have to purchase a new setting) I took it to Jacob Matthew Jewelers & Tammy said it could easily be repaired. It is beautiful! They are also great to work with for custom settings. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Terrible customer service. Far from friendly. Will literally offer you less than 10% of what other jewelry stores will offer for jewelry. Everyone that works here has a stuck up "I'm better than you" attitude. I recommend going less than a block away to Star Jewelry, a family owned, friendly establishment that will make you feel at home and a part of the family. If you need your self esteem lowered for any reason Jacob Matthew Jewelry is the place for you. If your friends are the kardashians, Jenners, or the hilton sister im sure you will fit right in.
