Provided by YP.comI purchased an RCA television last March from Fingerhut. When a shelf fell and knocked my 32 inch LED television hit the ground will you can guess what happened. I contacted Lotus International located in Canton, Michigan. Oh wow they are in my state and not in another country. (more on that later). Lotus International's Customer Service Representative took all my information and then told me I would be contacted by email within 48 hours. And sure enough I was. The email said it wanted pictures of the television turned on so they could see the damage, not to mention front and back images and proof of purchase, which greatfully Fingerhut had provided me by email. I submitted the email and waited and waited and waited. for 7 days I waited with no response. So today I called them and was told it could be 10-20 days before I got a response and that was business days not weekends. Therefore I found another phone number which is not their customer service number that I am going to try after the weekend and see if I can get a real person to talk to who can explain to me what my situation is. So on a scale of one to five they are currently trending on a two. Might actually change it depending on how the phone call on Monday goes.

Provided by YP.comThis company deserves a star rating of minus five stars. First let's begin with what the company does. This is a TV refurbishment center called Lotus International located in Canton Michigan. When used refurbished TVs are sent out from Lotus International they go to retailers such as Target, Kmart and Walmart. Let me tell you about the condition of the TVs that are refurbished by Lotus International. They are anything but satisfactory. TVs are NOT in working condition and have many defects. Not to mention the TVs are Chinese brand with poor qualities and specifications, brands such as Element and Seiki. This is the URL to the Seiki website, http://www.seikidigital.com/ I would have put a link for the Element TVs but upon my entering the Element website caused my anti-virus software to go crazy (there's a lot to say about these TVs huh, they can't even get the website right). This is the URL to the Element website, enter at your own risk http://www.elementelectronics.com/ this is not a link so you will have to copy a paste. Back on subject, this is a company (Lotus International) whose sole purpose is to rip off the American people. The company is poorly run by a manager (whose IQ is just north of a bedroom slipper) who treats the employees as if they were of lesser intelligence and cruel. This is not an American company, it is owned by a man who came to America to exploit the American dream rather than embrace it. The company rarely hires directly, the employees work for a staffing agency. So this means they terminate at a rate of great exponential. This leads to time being wasted in training and trainees lead to improper completion of work. Which then leads to TVs with defects and then leads to you purchasing the products mentioned above. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the products mentioned in this review and most of all STAY away from Lotus International. I understand if this review were to reach the higher ups at Lotus they company may call this slander and of course want to sue. But everything I said is true so it's not slander.
