Dealing with this office was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was misguided from the beginning with regard to pricing my home. It was way overpriced, and subsequently, the price had to be reduced many times. This kept it on the market far longer than it should have been, and made people think there was something wrong with the house. Then when I asked to be released from contract to work with someone else (I didn't trust Remerica any longer) they wouldn't release me and just switched me to a different realtor in the office - the "manager." That's where the terrible customer service part came into play. She was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I finally was able to get them to release me, but not before the damage was done. I would NEVER recommend this realtor office and am very sorry I ever got mixed up with them!
