My doctor was Ayaz Ahamed. My experience was very pleasant. The front desk was prompt and friendly. You could really tell that Dr. Ahamed truly cares about his patients and strives to make personal connections through laid-back conversations. I will definitely be coming back to this urgent care location in the future for the great customer service I received. Thank you.

I went here because I had a cold that was hanging on, as a truck driver this a close place to go to. I was in the office for maybe 10 minutes they checked my blood pressure and temperature then the doc comes in I explain my symptoms and he writes me a cough prescription and a antibiotic. I get a bill for $195 my insurance will not cover any of it because I am only allowed two office visits per year. I called the billing department to let them know if I would have known it was going to be 195 dollar's I would have made an appointment with my regular doctor. The billing department could not change it and when I called the clinic directly to see if there was a mistake they were kinda rude to me just saying to call the billing department well the billing department were the ones who told me to call the cl I nice direct!!! So I was getting the run around. So just be aware this place is expensive even though it is just a clinic. I think it was unfair for what I had which was just a bad cold. :~( not happy with this place!!!
