My son got free coupons. So right off the bat we are all excited. We are there first. No one else in the place. So excited about that too. Then..... We are told no worker. He is late. When he arrives, he does 30min worth of other stuff. We stand just waiting. Finally I go ask and he informs me some other person called to play laser tag and we HAVE to wait . I tell him that's not right. Who knows when these people will show! Finally he takes me kids back. Love the idea of this place. But do NOT love bad customer service! Disappointed!

I take my 3 year old there every now and then. He loves it!! They have bumper car, glow golf, video games, lazer tag, and pizza. The little ones can not do the lazer tag or the bumper cars but they still have a great time. Oh yeah, dont let me forget the Build a Bear too ( except this one you don't have to spend $100 on a bear here you can get one for as little as $12) Just be prepared to spend some money there. We usually spend about $40 each time. Also if you don't want to pay for a party there they let you bring in your own cake.

We just had my sons 12th birthday party here. You get 2 games of tag, Pizza,and pop. Good for all ages. It is loud like most arcades but fairly clean and well run.
