Went there for a Sunday Mother's Day Brunch. First time there. We were a party of four and everyone said everything on their plate was absolutely delicious! The selection was perfect for a Sunday Brunch. Super job Sid. Great atmosphere, great food and upbeat "happy to see you" staff! We will be back!

Just had my 5th "Lance's Chicken Salad". It gets better everytime I order!! Love the atmosphere!! Another must are the crab cakes, keep up the good work guys!!

I live in Canton and just had dinner at Sid's with my husband and son. It was absolutely delicious and the best thing that came to Canton. The calamari appetizer was wonderful, tender, and with a beautiful butter, garlic, and lemon sauce. My salmon was wonderful and fresh. My husband's Captain's Platter was perfect...very lightly battered. Our son had a Po Boy shrimp sandwich which he said was delicious. The caesar salads were fresh and the little onion cheddar biscuits were a nice change. And let's not forget Andy, our server, who gave us the best service ever. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and specials. We will definitely be back.and make this our place!! SANDY CLARK

Last night went with a group of people we sat at 3 large tables. I ordered the special-- Shrimp and Scallop Scampi. a disappointment it tasted good however I only recieved 1 Scallop and and a small piece of what might have been a tiny piece of broken off Scallop and 3-4 very small Shrimp served over a medium serving of fettuchini. A friend at another table had ordered the same and was also disappointed. A friend across from me ordered the Captains platter when I looked at his plate I said to myself glad we did not order that needless to say he was not to happy.

Told the waitress of my disappointment and they did not seem to be concerned as I did not hear from anyone.

It was awful.I got my order and my chicken was raw fries were gross.Was not worth the wait for this place to open.I was very disappointed.I would rather drive to asheville or waynesville.I will never go again.And way to pricey for the little town of canton.
