Estimate was done on May 17, 2017 by Rusty. We accepted the proposal, signed the proposal and send it back in. Was given a date of the last week of June for work to be done. The week came and went with no contact from Grasse River. I waited till the second week of July and no contact from Grasse River so I contacted them. I understand with weather dates can change but a phone call would of been appreciated to let me know when my driveway was gonna be tarred. After I contacted Grasse River I was given a date of August 3, 2017 for my driveway to be tarred. I asked Rusty to give me a phone call if Grasse River wasn't going to be there on August 3rd as I took a day off of work to be there. Rusty said he would call if Grasse River wasn't going to make the date of August 3rd. Waited all day and Grasse a River never showed and never did I get a phone call. Two dates given and no contact from Grasse River. Truly disappointed as we had them tar our driveway years ago when the dad ran the company and service and workmanship was beyond great.
