The selection at the store and the service at the store was good. The reason for the low rating is there delivery service. The paperwork said 14 to 28 days for delivery, which is ok. But they had us call to confirm a delivery date and promised us Thursday the 21st of December. Get a call two days before that they are canceling our delivery and we had already got rid of our old furniture. They rescheduled for Thursday the 28th and now just cancelled that. We get to go through Christmas and New year's without a place for company to sit. This is crap. Don't promis a date and not hold to it.

We had Lisa as our sales person, which was a very pleasant experience. Lisa was very helpful in guiding us to the furniture we were looking for, also in matching the furniture with coffee and side tables by bringing the tables over to the furniture so you could really see how well everything matched. Lisa also was very informed about the furniture.
