I have used Clear Sky to manage my properties for many years. They have kept my units filled, my properties in great condition and my expenses down. They have been a great asset to my rental business!

Clear Sky Realty has managed my properties for years. I am very happy with the options they give both me and my tenants. The newest addition of the resident and owner portal has been great!

this place is rediculous...we have been living in our rental house for 4 months- when you do a walk through of the residence during the signing of the agreement you make note on everything that needs fixed, etc. it's been 4 months and we are not getting anything fixed- with multiple phone calls we are not getting anything repaired- which includes roof leaking, basement flooding, windows broken, outlets not covered, etc. Our fridge ended up broken when we first moved in- it took them almost 3 weeks to fix it and they kept bringing in more broken fridge's - 4 fridge's later we finally got a fridge that worked! They also will come into your property without giving a 24 hour notice AND after they leave they will leave your property unlocked!!!! This place is a hassle- don't rent from them! I know I can't wait for the end of my lease!
