Provided by YP.comLet me start with saying that I loved living here. I had no Issue, it was quiet and the management team seemed nice and responsive with little communication I had. I think I had one maintenance issue in the year I lived there and it was resolved quickly.
When the time came to move out, I emailed Candy, provided my forwarded address and asked (twice) if I needed to schedule a walkthrough. She said it wasn’t needed, just call terry (on-site manager) and let him know you are vacating so he can come and lock the apartment.
I moved out August 10th and came back August 28th to clean before officially vacating, this is when I took pictures just in case. I will admit that I received my deposit pretty fast (October 4th) but attached is the document with the “issues.”
-Cleanliness in bathrooms, kitchens and entry
-drain clogged (worked fine the entire year)
-garbage disposal clogged (worked the entire year)
-carpet cleaning
So where I really get annoyed is the fact that I asked Candy about the percentage of people recieving their entire deposit back and her response was “as long as you don’t leave stuff and leave it dirty, you’ll get it back”
So I get knocked $205 for cleanliness (after i cleaned everything for 2 hours) and also for carpet cleaning.
Candy was extremely unhelpful. She said she gets the information from the cleaning service report but has no proof to show that’s just it and you signed a security deposit agreement form so basically you’re the idiot even though I sent picture proof of most of the charges.
My advice after reading some of the same reviews:
-get your carpet cleaned (I’m sure you can find somewhere cheaper than the $95 they charged for a 2 bedroom)
-hire a professional cleaning company and provide documentation (although, not sure if that would help)
-force the on-site management to do a walkthrough

Provided by YP.comWe had rented apt from them (Fairways of Jackson, Canton) and stayed for a year.
When we left we left it in good condition. I say good condition and not excellent because there were few things which were not in good shape (like main bathroom faucet). But we cleaned the kitchen range, windows, bathrooms well. But they charged anyway for all these things. Plus they charged us for 2 faucets. And the charges were outrageous. Labour required was 3 hours for changing 2 faucets. What kind of staff they have. This just 1 of the many laughable charges which are there. Attaching here the invoice we got from them. So either property management Management on site or Candy.. one of them is definitely cheating.
Candy, who handles calls for Cambridge services is aggressive in telling that we don't allow tenants to our office for 'security' reasons. Really? Someone who wants to take a look at the documentation which proves that the charge is justified is a security threat. this tells us how their relationship is with their tenants.
Cambridge services has your money and they won't give it back. So it's better to not give them any money. Don't rent with them.
Please avoid all their properties. Cheaters.

Provided by YP.comThese apartments bill themselves as luxury!!! well i would have to say the developers need to look up the term luxury and make some corrections in the advertising. These apartments are as basic as the come. Luxury apartments have Stainless appliances! granite countertops! wood floors! Theses Luxury apartments have cheap basic white appliances! linoleum floors! formica countertops! and plastic railings!!! and high rent to boot. They are Cheap!! Cheap!! and the matinence lady is unstable and freaks out on random tenants. If your looking for luxury then look some where else! Also they have a community fire alarm system, so if a persons alarm goes off in your building then they all go off, then the fire department comes and makes everyone evacuate, so be ready to get dragged out of bed at 3am on a monthly basis. I give it a thumbs down. P.S. Canton developers, if you want to know what luxury is then go to Miami and check out there luxury apts
