Being honest and upfront is the way we do business, and our technicians have been factory trained so you can be assured of the highest quality service at the best possible price no matter what the problem. We are a proud member of the ASA - the Automotive Servce Association of Ohio and a BBB accredited business. Fix-It With Fred is also a select service center for Guardian, GWC, and GAC warranties. - We have an air conditioned customer waiting room with free WIFI and free snacks and beverages. For our customer's convenience, we have a night drop box on the corner of the waiting room. While your car is in for service, it is locked in a gated fenced parking area. Our business has 24 hour security also.
