He does not care what any attorney has to say, he repeatedly degrades and humiliates defendant's on a daily basis. This is not the type of monster we need inside of our courts in stark county. This man appears to have serious issues with anyone that attempts to communicate with him. He sentences everyone in his court to the maximum sentence out loud and even when the state recommends something, he shows off his power and does what he wants anyways. All he wants to do is send everyone to prison. It is unhealthy to have someone so currupt and unethical as a judge. I am sad for the lives ruined.

I never Witnessed a case where the JUDGE tells the defendents lawyer to stop badgering the plaintiff because she is telling the truth in front of jurors. Then when confronted by the defendents lawyer, informs him not to tell him how to run his court and told the jurors to disregard what was said (YEAH, Right) and naturally the young man was sentenced to 5 years from my understanding. Is this who we want on our benches????
