We purchased a sectional sofa from them. Customer service was great and delivery went smoothly. Our pleasant and helpful salesperson made sure we got the best deal mathematically possible with their current sale. And, we love our good-quality sofa. Plus, it came in slightly earlier than they had anticipated. My only gripe is that we had to purchase four cleaning kits in order to get the warranty, one for each section of the sofa.
