Called them at 9:30, they were there within a short amount of time. We were stuck on the side of the road for quite a while and the tow driver was even nice enough to bring us each a bottle of water. Couldn't have been happier with this service. Five stars.

The boss changed the price to get my car out $50 more than discussed. They are very greedy individuals and I would never use there services. Customer service is a joke. The guy that answers the phone didn't even know what I wad talking about and didn't even let me speak to the owner when asked multiple times. Very poor business

I've used Mike Spencer's Towing several times when I have had roadside emergencies and for car repairs. They are very quick to respond and arrive to offer assistance. The prices are very reasonable and the service from any of the employees at Mike Spencer's Towing is always extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Mike Spencer is a very honest man and he runs a fantastic business.

Mike and his crew are the most experienced, well-trained and courteous drivers in the area! My family has dealt with Mike Spencer's Towing for nearly 15 years and i have not one complaint. Consistently they go above and beyond the normal and deliver quality! You people that want to complain i'd like to ask what you do for a living and if you'd be willing to donate your services for charity like you expect Mike Spencer's Towing to do. I know countless people that have used their service and haven't heard one complaint.

What a pathetic excuse for a business. The state highway patrol uses this tow company if you are in a wreck, get a dui or driving while on suspension or for any reason that your car gets towed - - then the fun begins. You go to their lot full of angry arrogant jerks (except the nice old man) and you get a whopping tow bill -- so high that you might as well sign over the title to your vehicle right then and there and from the looks of it they "steal" many people vehicles. What a joy when you are down and out, maybe injured in a accident and spent time in the hospital or got a dui to find you can't get your car or truck back because them greedy people screwed you over. And if you have the unpleasure to talk to Mike the owner you will see what a uncompassionate arrogant jerk really is. This should not be allowed. Have the officer call anyone but them you will be glad you did.

my car was stolen and a hold put on it mike spencer had it in his impound.i asked him if i could get my stuff out and he wanted $745.00 for storage just for some cd's and some fishing poles what a jerk.hope you go out of buisness
