Very poor customer service. Did not respond to messages that I left. Would not service my computer based on their profit.

Netcom did an excellent job of figuring out the problem with my keyboard, finding a new keyboard and replacing the defective keyboard. I am very pleased with their service.



They also offer a military discount.

I have known Vince Davala for over 15 years, he built my very first computer in 1997. You could not ask for a more knowledgeable, honest person to work on your computer. I own Above & Beyond Door Systems in North Canton Oh. and they have been maintaining my computers for over 12 years now.Their prices are very reasonable and you will never use another computer company again! Take my word for it.........there is no one better in the Akron/Canton area, period.
