This office gets a little hectic but what do you expect from a doctor who singly takes care of about 800 different patients! Wait times are long and the office is super outdated but it has been getting better. I love Dr. Ike and all that he has done for me! His staff is incredibly nice for what they have to put up with and I truly believe they do all that they can for their patients especially the people who answer the phone!

Dr Ike Nkagineme is the most humble, patient and caring doctor I know. He listens. .He genuinely cares for his patients, and has takes care of the most difficult patients. He accepted me as a patient when no other doctor would accept me after my agency closed. I have been seeing Dr Ike for almost ten years and he is simply the best. .I JUST LOVE HIM. He is the most humble and patient doctor I know. He remembers your name and your kids names. I always look forward to my visits with him, and often wonder how he keeps his cool in the face of all the difficult patients who throng to see him. He is the only doctor I know who will see you in times of crisis even if he has to stay very late. No wonder his patients love him because he is unassuming and cheerful in nature all the time. He is always calm and cheerful even in the face of turmoil by some of the more difficult and antisocial patients. I was moved to tears when I saw him ask his staff to provide for another patient who had no money for food.

Dr Ike has treated my whole family for years and he is simply the best - very patient and easy to talk to. He does not judge you, and I always leave his office with better self-esteem and understanding of my illness and my situation. There is always educational video in the waiting room and the staff are very helpful too. He has always encouraged me to use my coping skills and has helped me reduce my meds by more than half; and I feel great. I love Dr Ike as my doctor.

I completely agree with the other person who rated Dr. Ike. He is incredibly dangerous. While I have been there, he has barged into my counseling sessions talking about other patients using their first and last names, violating HIPAA laws. I have suffered from eating disorders for most of my life, but every time he sees me he tells me, "You look good! Have you lost weight?!" because though he is my "doctor" he never remembers a single thing about me. It makes me cringe every time he does that. The worst story I have is the time I skipped my lunch break at work to make it to an appointment for him to simply refill my prescription. Dr. Ike has a flashy car and I saw it when I pulled in the parking lot. After filling out a stack of paperwork that I had filled out every other time that I had been there, I returned to the desk to give them my clipboard. The girl informed me that the doctor wasn't there. I asked why she had not told me that sooner and told her I had seen the doctor's car in the lot. She scrambled to come up with a story to cover the doctor as I stood there in disbelief. Again, I left work for this appointment and I simply needed a prescription. As I stood there in astonishment, I saw Dr. Ike down the hall, darting from room to room. You best believe that I pointed him out and demanded to see him. That office is an absolute circus. I can see that, but I feel so sorry for the people who need help from him and will never receive it. I pray that he never harms anyone.

Stay away from this narcissist...

Stay away from this narcissistic pill pusher, he's dangerous. I can't say enough bad things about Dr Ike. He had me so messed up on countless medicines with FDA warnings against mixing with each other, it ruined my life. He is all about himself. Wait times are horrible. I would wait for an hour or two after the scheduled appointment to be seen, given five or ten minutes and sent away with a handful of prescriptions. Then he would bill my insurance for an hour long visit. Eventually after my life crumbled he cut me loose. I have filed numerous complaints but nobody will do anything despite his wide spread reputation for using human beings for his dangerous chemistry experiments. I ended up going to Trillium where they frequently see people messed up by him.
