I have not seen this issue with phones in this club. The only small issue are some of the members that have a complete lack of respect for others and are rude and misogynistic. However they do a great job of weeding those problem members out and making the environment better and more harmonious. Planet Fitness really is the judgement free zone and will protect it's members intensely. I love being a member of this facility and have made my way past the 100 pounds lost mark with the help of their fitness instructor Maurice. Great staff.

This club should be called Planet Facebook. At any given time one third of the people are looking at Facebook or texting on their phones while they are sitting on a machine that someone wants to use. Management will not address members texting and looking at Facebook. Signs prohibiting use of a phone are not placed in a visible location and new members are not advised to use their phones only for music. When this is brought to the attention of staff nothing is done. This causes people who want to exercise to go elsewhere where they can actually use the equipment. I would love to post a photo but they wont allow pictures. I can see why.

i just joined planet fitness in canton ohio and wanted to say how nice a man named RANDY has been i guess he's on the night shift i met him in the a.m. and joined on the spot its amazing how a nice smile and friendleness can make a person feel thank you
