Entered the store was not greeted at all. No promotions were talked about ended up finding a pair of leggings went to check out. stood behind a long line of people. Not a big deal. A gentleman opened up the other register, a lady in front of me, and I went. Waited about 20 mins in that line and noticed the other line had cleared. Only had one item the lady in from still had 10 more items left. No big deal. Went to the other land right after they just checked someone out. While setting my item on the counter the girl working the counter said sorry this line is closed pointed to the closed sign as if I was stupid and couldn't read. Then told me to go back in that other line. When I started to walk around I saw her get on her phone... What in the hell type of service is this that you rather have employees on their phone instead of helping customers?!? Takes months to get a customer seconds to lose them... I was so upset didn't buy anything walked out. Never going to buy from rue 21 again.
