Provided by YP.comThe main problem has to deal with how disorganized this company is. When we had moved into a new office on Whipple we had a sign made by them, paid the initial deposit required and was informed that after the sign was finished that the remaining balance would be paid. After the sign was made and installed we had called to ensure payment was made on the remaining balance which at the time we were told yes. Month or so goes by and then we find out that we owe another $400 and that the only thing paid was the initial deposit. We had dealt with Steve and from everyone who I have talked to acknowledge that he is disorganized, it took several phone calls to him to even get an estimate. Other than that the sign looked fine but customer service was terrible.
this gentleman did owe the remaining balance and took a long time to pay. sadly we were upset about the review we received from him. we did the sign and expected to be paid the full amount he agreed to. seems simple. did not get paid in full for 4 months. we have personally been in business since 1972 and have only gotten this one bad review. plus he was not charged any interest.
