Absolutely ridiculous
Nachos were stale
No cheese in the nacho cheese cups
My chicken quesdilla was not warm like it was not cooked and we tried to wat at this location 3 times now
Since this was the 3rd time i experienced bad service i than called not for a refund or anything but to allow them to know theu arent doing well and the lady BRANDY calls me a lier says she cooked it herself and HANGS UP ON ME! so tomorrow i will be calling HQ and the store again to talk to a day shift manager

I WILL FROM NOW ON DRIVE EXTRA TO LOUISVILLE OR CLEVELAND AVE TO GET MY TACOBELL I AM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION

My daughter and her friend got food poisoning from this Taco Bell last night. I called the manager and she tells me that there is no way that these two girls got food poisoning. I'm sorry, but I just left Stat Care and my daughter and her friend were perfectly fine until they ate from there last night. The manager didn't do anything!!! I will not eat from this Taco Bell ever again!!!
