A good friend of mine who has been a loyal customer for years said today bought a blue ray player there after he found out it didn't work he tried to return it they charged him 20% restocking fee shorting him ten dollars when he tried returning it within ten minutes this isnt the first bad expirience them he's had similar his main concern isnt that he's out ten bucks but that they're putting the merchandise back on the shelf
